Wingman matched are boosted per hour. I was out of town this weekend and left my console on just running wingman matches, and that is what it averages out too. I have a lot left to do, but I am just doing the away from controller stuff now while I am working a busy schedule. Speaking of which, it is time for me to head off to work.
Maybe on Christmas day I can get some DLC playing time in.

2 More Onyx Medals Down!
I got two more Onyx Medals last night, both in horde mode. I got the Squad Leader and Loot Courtesan Medals Finished. This leaves 3 more Onyx Medals and 1 achievement left for horde mode. They are Big Money (which all of that money will go into silverbacks so I can unlock rockets and get the 500 kills required for the 1 achievement left), Horder which I need about 900 more waves played, which is fine because it may take me that long to get the silverback achievement and Architect which will require a lot of boosting with a 2nd controller. I will have to build a headquarters, finish a wave, back out of the game and do it again.

Kill Locust (Like A Boss) Achievement Completed
I know that it technically does not count as Seriously 3.0, But I will need it to eventually hit my target for 100% gamerscore on this game. I will be updating the spreadsheet in a couple of hours (I have to run to the store to get some more Mountain Dew MW3 codes.... I mean drinks). It was a pretty easy 100 points once I got four other lined up to help me tackle it.

Onyx Leader Medal
I was playing today and decided to figure out how long that one is going to take. It looks like to be the leader in CTL while in a private match, you have to play a minimum of 5 rounds, because you are the last in the rotation. I had it set to casual bots, with a 50 second capture time and it was taking 10 minutes to complete each game. Assuming that during that one round where you are the leader you are never captured, it would take 250 hours (not including the time that it takes to load each match). 11 Days is a little much and I am pretty sure if you try and idle boost this that you will more than likely be captured a high percentage of the time.
I am going to try and do this with a lower capture time and see how more efficient this can be.
And added to my "To Do List" Will be compiling the amount of time required to get each onyx medal.
****Edit****
I Just tried with capture time set to 10, and was able to get a leader ribbon in 5:30. That brings the time required down to 5.7 Days

Update To My Tracking Spreadsheet

It has been a while since I last updated the spreadsheet, and this will show you where I am. I have been doing a lot less actual Gears Playing due to working a lot, and MW3 playtime. This also shows the new Vengeful medal requirements as of title update 2. It makes boosting it a lot easier, but still it is going to be one of the most time consuming Medals.
Title Update #2 Coming Tonight!
Tonight there will be a title update, lets hope for a fix on the Vengeful Medal. Here is the link to the epic forums on the details...

I am not dead yet!
I have been making it a point to do the following everyday before I leave for work...
Start up a Horde private game with 2nd controller split screened, and play until about wave 8 or 9. this helps me with the following medals everyday...
Horder - (2000 waves of horde played) I have over 1000 done, and this will help me chip away at the last 1000)
Architect - (Founder ribbon 300 times) I still only have around 30 of these done, and at least 1 per day will maintain about a year to get seriously 3.0. (THIS is why I am using then 2nd controller, can not be done alone)
Squad Leader - (needed 500 total times) I managed about 200 playing with friends and working on beating it on insane, you will get this once per wave. (THIS is why I am using then 2nd controller, can not be done alone)
Big Money - It will help chip away at this as well. I am putting ALL of the money I get into the Silverback, so I can unlock its rockets and get the 500 rocket kills achievement.
Loot Courtesan - (100 Needed) I think I am around 90 completed, so I should get my Onyx medal for this sometime this week.
After that I set up my private match and go to work. When I get home from work I play an hour or so of another game (got to stay sane), and setup the private game again before bed.
I will update the spreadsheet again tonight.

Epic Glitch In My Favor: Receive Onyx War Supporter Medal
So, it looks like when I was boosting earlier in the week, I got the Onyx War Supporter medal. This is great because now I am not limited to the frequency of Epic events in order to get Seriously 3.0, and it now could just be knocked out with good old fashion private matches and everything else needed (Beast, Horde, Arcade).
I Forgot To Press Start!
I started up the game I wanted to idle boost while away on my trip, but forgot to press start twice to start the game. That wasted about 48 hours of boost time, and with Modern Warfare 3 coming out tonight, it looks like I am not going to get Seriously 3.0 for a little longer than first expected. My goal is to have it done before the Super Bowl.

New DLC, Some Progress, Going Away For 2 Days

I purchased the season pass (2400 MSP) so I now have been working on my new fortifications (and thus all of the remaining horde Onyx Medals). After I finished up with that last night, I went back to idle boosting warzone and skunker medals. I am less than 200 matches away from the onyx medal for warzone. I want to get this finished in the next 24 hours, because I will be gone for 2 days. Next game type I am going to try and boost will be wingman, and it will be interesting to see how many games can be boosted in 48 hours.

1st Round of GOW3 DLC Hits: Horde Command Pack
The Horde Command Pack became available today Details here, but I am not going to pick it up until Friday. Its not like I don't have a million other things to work on, and technically has nothing to do with Seriously 3.0 (even though I will get the DLC and go for its achievements).
In other news, there are no major updates. 2/3rds of the way to my Onyx Warzone Medal. I am going to try and finish it before Saturday, because I am leaving town for two days and that would be a great way to start off boosting Team Death Match. So little time, so many medals....

Another Onyx Medal Down!

I got a group of people together last night for an Insane run of Horde Mode. Was not too bad, only having to repeat the boss waves once or twice. This unlocked the Onyx "For The Horde" Medal. I also did a few games of Beast Mode (if you look at the stat sheet, you can tell that's what I played the most yesterday). I have decided that is the section I am going to try and accomplish first, while idle boosting Warzone games.

War Supporter Medal Glitched?
I have tried and tried to get this, but its just not progressing for me. I just cant get credit for playing boom snipes for whatever reason. If I can't get an answer from Epic, I just might have to quit Seriously 3.0. A Sad Day for sure.

Seriously Grinding....
With nothing much to report, I just wanted to let everyone know that I have not given up, and I am still boosting the Warzone and Skunker Medals as wee speak. I also had a group of 4 today so we played the first 4 Chapters on insane, working towards those achievements and Onyx Medals. Finished up with a round of beast (used the Kantus to work on the revieve/heal Medal, and then set myself back up to boost the night away. I should have Warzone and Skunker done in about 2-3 weeks at this pace.

New Onyx Medal Achieved - Battle Mistress
I got the Battle Mistress Medal tonight (third one completed!), meaning that I have played my 1,000th game as a female character. Not too hard of a Medal to get, but its just one more off of the plate on the way to Seriously 3.0. I have been mainly boosting 2 round warzones, so I can also knock out some Skunk Medal Progress. Not too much real play time today, as I worked and had some other stuff to do. The next couple days will be a little rough.
Also, I have been disconnecting from xbox live while away, and this has never really happened before. I wonder if this is Epics way of curbing these methods. Here is my updated progress.

Boosting Skunker, More Warzone, And Playing Beast Mode
So Yesterday, me and 3 Friends powered through Beast Mode on Insane, giving me my 2nd Onyx Medal!
After that, I played some Forza (I know, I know, that's not helping the Seriously 3.0 Cause!) And powered through some races.
Then while sleeping (about 9 or 10 hours) I Private Match boosted warzone, setting rounds to win from the normal one to two as an experiment. The idea was to see how often, or if, the bots on my team would win two times in a row. In about 120 games played last night, this happened 23 times. This method cuts the amount of games played about in half, but works on two Medals instead of one. I think this is worth it, and will just continue to use this two to win method until I get the Onyx skunker medal.
I have to go into work tonight 8pm - 1am So I am going to try and do some more beast mode work before I have to leave.

Boosting Private Match Execution Games
I did 7 hours worth of away from controller private match boosting while I slept last night and it yielded 172 games of execution played. This means that it will run about as many games that warzone does, about 24 games per hour. All of these of course were done with a female character, also working on battle mistress.
I am going to work on the unlimited ammo mutator today (build 5 things in a single horde match 100 times) so I an use that to help me beat all of the arcade chapters on insane. I will update the spreadsheet and post it sometime tonight.

Private Match Boosting Warzone
So today while away fro work (12 hours) I set warzone games to a 1 minute time limit, and ended up having 257 games played which is just over 21 games per hour. Because you can simulate these so much faster, I am going to play through the TDM's as much as possible (great for weapon kill counts) and Boost warzone from now until I have the Onyx Medal for it.
But for now, on to playing some horde mode (Working on waves played, money earned).

Boosting Team Death Match And Battle Mistress While Sleeping
So I did the whole "plug in a wired controller, start a private match and go to sleep" in team death match last night (Kills set to 10, which is the minimum, as well as bots to "fill"). I slept for about 6 hours, and it played 66 games for me. I attempted to leave something heavy on the A button, but that didn't lead my character into running into cover every game like I had hoped to work towards the Cover Onyx Medal. It did, however get me about 20 "Hard Target" ribbons, which is given for being the last player left on your team. So here is the "How Long Will It Take" Breakdown...
TDM 3000 Games needed, private matches away from xbox is about 6 per hour, it will take about 500 hours to boost this. Sounds like a ton, but add in private matches played to get kills and it is not too bad. I sleep for 6-8 hours and go to work for 9-10 hours a day, so I am looking at boosting this in about 34 days.
Battle Mistress Requires only 1000 games played as a female character, so when you apply the same match for TDM above this, you are looking at 170 hours or so. JUST ALWAYS PICK A FEMALE CHARACTER AND THIS MEDAL WILL COME WITH EASE.
Hard Target looks like I was getting that about 1/3 of the matches played, and it also requires 3000 for the Onyx Medal. This means it will take three times longer to boost than the TDM games played Medal, BUT you will also be able to get this while boosting the other games played medals (Execution, wingman, warzone). But you are looking at around 1,5000 hours to boos this away from controller.
Once I have attempted to boost every single medal, I will compile a spreadsheet or something with the total hours required for Seriously 3.0, but now its looking rough. (just 3000 games played of each type looks like a month minimum, so that's a half a year right there.

Boosting Onyx Medals
My definition of "boosting" is playing games against bots, or leaving your game unattended while you are asleep, at school or work, or generally just do not have the controller in your hand. I will be out lining how to maximize your time to work towards multiple Onyx Medals at once, and will tell you roughly how long each one is going to take. To me, Glitching and Hacking or modding are less honorable than boosting (even though "boosting" isnt playing agaisnt real people, but I honestly think no one will ever get Seriously 3.0 without boosting in some way, shape or form.
Tracking your Seriously 3.0

I have found this awesome too to help guide me and track where I am in terms of the Achievement. This spreadsheet will tell you all you how many of each thing you need to get an Onyx Medal. I have attached a screen shot of my current status, and will use these as weekly updates. I will write a detailed blog daily (or by daily or how ever long I am working on something) to tell you what is working on getting this thing done in the most timely manner.
And a link to the spread sheet on Google Docs if you want it (I found this on xbox360achievements.org)
Here is the Spreadsheet
Welcome To My Seriously 3.0 Achievement Blog!
This is going to be where I compile all of my "How To's", Statistics and every thing while I attempt to get what may be the hardest Xbox 360 Achievement ever! I will document different attempts at getting all of the Onyx Medals required to get the achievement.
